Service and warranty are great. De motor on my sons rc car broke so we contacted monstercars and sent it back to them and then they replaced it (warranty) within a week. Good business to buy your rc products from. Service was excellent..

I have nothing but good things to say about monstercars:
* they know what they're talking about
* always have (almost) everything in stock, fast shipping
* friendly and helpful employees
* very decent service and warranty, the customer is the most important!
Recentlymy 1/10 off-road truck suddenly "died". A quick email and I sent the car their way for repairs and they fixed it very quickly!

I always drive Hormann gas cars but switched to brushless. Damn............. such power, so much fun.

I can't say anything about how they deal with warranty because I just got the car.
The colour I wanted wasn't on stock, they let me know this right after ordering. Picked a different colour instead...

Bought an RC car for my son's birthday.
Shipped fast, super.
After a couple of minutes the car stopped. emailed them and got a response that helped me out really quickly. It turned out my motor was broken so I sent it back and they replaced it for me. My son was a but disappointed but he loves the car now.
Fun car for this price, definitely worth getting.

hello.
the charger with my traxxas stampede was broken. sent it to monstercars and they sent me a replacement. But that one turned out to be broken too. So they tested a new replacement for me (different brand) and sent it. This is what service should be like! Thanks again!..

The motor on our Traxxas Bandit broke again. Not fun, but thanks to the perfect service we got a new one in just a few days. We're very happy with the great help we've gotten.

Bought a Himoto 1/10 truck with better battery for my youngest son. 2.4GHz transmitter too.
Shipping was fast and it looks solid. I don't have a fast charger so I didn't charge the better battery (4200mAh) long enough resulting in a short drive. Contacted monstercars and they told me that was the problem.
Lost the shock breaker clips too but they sent me some new ones!
Excellent service!
It's a great car for that price.
Get a better battery and a cooling fan and let the motor cool down because it gets very hot!..
