Repairs
Monstercars is known for its service and warranty policy and has its own repairs department. When a product is broken, or if you're experiencing problems with it within the warranty period, we will take care of it for you by either fixing it or by replacing your product with a new one entirely. You can send the product to us and we will repair it free of charge within 1 to 2 weeks. Alternatively you could come to our store and we might be able to fix it straight away.
Return a product for repairs
When you want to return a product for repairs, you should first contact our helpdesk. In many cases a problem can be fixed in this way. If the product does need to be returned to us, we will provide you with the return information via e-mail. Always make sure to add a copy of the invoice to the product when you send it back.
